A great job, a beautiful family, shiny car in the garage, this are the American dream, where Bobby Walker are living. When the company downzising leaves him and his co-worker named Phil Woodward and Gene McClary are jobless. They are forced to re-define their lives as men, husbands and fathers. Bobby enduring himself in a job building houses for his brother-in-law which does not relate to his executive skill, and perhaps of this they realize that there is more to life than dreaming the bigger, better deal.
