Reverend Cotton Marcus, went to rural Louisana farm of Louis Sweetzer, he expects to perform another course "exorcism" on a religious fanatic who are disturbed. He contacted by an earnest fundamentalist as a last resort. Swetzer has a teenage daughter name Nell. Nell is possessed by a demon who must be exorcized before their terrifying ordeal ends in unimaginable tragedy. Sheilding under the ponderousness of his conscience after long time of parting desperate believers with their money, Marcus and his crew plan to film a confessionary documentary of this, his last exorcism. But on arriving at the already blood doused family farm, it is clearly that nothing could have prepared him for the true evil that he encounters there. Now it is too late to go back, the Reverend's beliefs are wabbled to the core when he and his crew must find a way to save Nell and also themselves, before it is too late.
